Experteer Overview In this role you drive the technical implementation of campaign tracking and ongoing optimization of the website and eCommerce funnel. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, identify purchase barriers, and apply on-site improvements to maximize digital media and email effectiveness. You will analyze user behavior, run experiments, and translate insights into actionable steps for marketers and developers. - Implement and manage conversion tracking across the website using a Tag Management System
- Validate eCommerce tracking and conversion goals in the Web Analytics Platform
- Ensure UTM governance links campaign traffic to on-site actions
- Monitor site health to prevent data/conversion barriers
- Analyze user behavior to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for CRO
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages, CTAs, and product pages
- Manage on-site personalization based on referral source or user segment
- Provide regular analytics on on-site performance metrics (Bounce Rate, Time on Site, Pages Per Visit, Exit Pages, Checkout Abandonment Rate)
- Develop dashboards linking channel traffic to conversion outcomes
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Campaign Manager, Digital Specialists, and Web Development team
- Train Global and Local marketers on dashboard usage and report interpretation
- Create reference guides for different analytics audiencesResponsabilidades
- High proficiency in Web Analytics and Tagging: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Piwik Pro
- Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages
- Experience validating and troubleshooting conversion pixels and eCommerce data layers
- Proven ability to conduct funnel analysis and interpret qualitative user behavior data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on data accuracy and process improvement
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of project management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and vice versa
- Understanding of eCommerce customer journey from landing to purchase
- Curiosity about business needs across markets and digital channel strategies
