Base pay range
You will be responsible for leading and executing the company's digital marketing and online communication strategy. Your role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving digital engagement, and optimizing Spradling's online presence through data‐driven strategies. Additionally, you will lead transformational digital projects in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
Analyze digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Lead Data Business Intelligence efforts, ensuring data from digital channels is leveraged to enhance decision‐making and marketing effectiveness.
Monitor and report on SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising performance.
Extract insights from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital tools to enhance engagement and conversion.
Define and track KPIs for online marketing effectiveness and brand awareness.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
Optimize email marketing, social media, and digital advertising strategies to maximize product visibility.
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online discoverability of new products.
Develop and implement online content strategies aligned with the company's communication objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across social media, websites, and digital advertising platforms.
Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is continuously updated, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand messaging.
Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to integrate sustainability and corporate messaging into digital campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and implementing new technologies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and digital advertising platforms.
High proficiency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
Experience in content creation, community management, and online brand storytelling.
Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
