Join our Iberia Service Team and take a key role in ensuring that every maintenance and repair request runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll act as the operational link between service needs and field execution— coordinating work orders, monitoring progress, and helping us deliver top-quality service to our customers. From tracking SLAs to expediting urgent cases and keeping spare parts stocked, you’ll make sure operations run efficiently and on time. Responsibilities and objectives

- Dispatch and assign service orders to internal or external teams
- Monitor service tickets daily and ensure progress is on track
- Follow up on pending interventions and resolve bottlenecks quickly
- Track ETA and SLA compliance, ensuring service delivery within agreed timelines and supporting achievement of team KPIs
- Communicate updates proactively to all relevant stakeholders
- Manage stock levels of spare parts and consumables, including physical warehouse inventory, regular stock counts and optimization of safety levels
- Coordinate shipment and delivery of materials to field technicians, ensuring availability of parts before interventions
- Expedite critical or at-risk orders to ensure service continuity
- Maintain accurate documentation and status updates of all activities
- Address operational issues with agility and problem‑solving mindset
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of dispatching, stock management and logistics processes
- Collaborate closely with the Service Team and manage third‑party partners
Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate technical personnel
- Experience in inventory management, purchase order handling, and stock control
- Previous exposure to environments involving electronic repairs (a plus)
- Proficiency with dispatching tools and order management systems
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage urgent cases effectively
- Native Spanish + fluent English
Preferably based in Madrid. Experience level: 2+ years in dispatching or operations back‑office roles (experience in maintenance environments is highly valued). Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Training in logistics or operations is a plus. xhfqzwm
