ABOUT THE ROLEWe are hiring a Product Manager for our HQ in Barcelona to serve as the strategic driving force behind our current and future product lineup. This position will shape the vision, guide the roadmap, manage the P&L, and coordinate cross-functional teams as we move forward to the excellence of regenerative medicine. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Roadmap· Product Vision: Define the long-term vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with our global business objectives.· Full Lifecycle Ownership: From conceptualization and clinical validation through to market launch and post-market surveillance.· Innovation Pipeline: Identify new product opportunities, propose new product lines to maintain market leadership. Commercial Execution · Launch & Go-to-Market: Develop comprehensive marketing plans, define pricing strategy, and equip the sales team for powerful launches.· Creative Materials: Design and develop brochures, POS materials, guides, videos, and other materials to support commercial and communication strategy. · P&L Management: Monitor key KPIs (sales, retention, profitability), manage the budget, and track the forecast with rigorous discipline.Market Intelligence· Competitive & Market Analysis: Research trends and user needs (physicians/patients) and analyze the competition to uncover growth opportunities. · Trend Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, cosmetics, and adjacent fields.Regulatory & Compliance· Regulatory Coordination: Ensure all products comply with local and international regulations (CE, FDA, etc.) guaranteeing safety and efficacy.· Medical Affairs Liaison: Bridge manufacturer R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Sales teams seamlessly. Leadership & Collaboration· Team Leadership: Inspire and manage cross-functional project teams with clarity, creativity, and accountability.· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between internal departments and external partners globally.
