Senior GenAI Engineer
The opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, preferably with experience in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of AI technologies and experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and systems.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience: 3+ years in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI).
- Generative AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, RAGs and experience with Agentic AI approaches.
- Frameworks Tools: Proficiency with at least one framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, vector databases or equivalent for building AI applications.
- Programming Engineering: Advanced skills in Python, following best software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- API Development: Experience building APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- NLP Skills: Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments for AI deployment.
- Collaboration Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
Ideally, youll also have
- Trusted AI Practices: Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
- Deployment Scalability: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other tools for deploying scalable AI models.
- Monitoring Reliability: Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to ensure AI model reliability.
- Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.
