Your Mission & Impact
As a Senior SAP TM Technical Expert, you will be a key contributor within a global Digital Supply Chain team.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role
Your work will directly strengthen global supply chain operations and ensure robust, scalable logistics processes across regions.
What You'll Do
* Own and drive SAP TM technical analysis and enhancements within a global template.
* Perform deep-dive debugging and root-cause analysis at ABAP level.
* Design and implement BAdIs, enhancements, user exits, and custom developments.
* Support complex integration scenarios across ECC / S4HANA / EWM / SD / MM and external carriers.
* Collaborate with global Digital Supply Chain stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams.
* Ensure stability, performance optimization, and scalability of TM solutions.
* Contribute to global rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide L3-level incident resolution when required.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP TM.
* Proven experience in enterprise/global SAP landscapes.
* Mandatory: strong ABAP debugging skills.
* Deep expertise in:
* Freight Order & Freight Unit lifecycle
* Charge Management & Calculation
* Settlement & FI integration
* Planning & execution processes
* TM Master Data
* Experience with SAP integration technologies:
* IDocs, RFC/BAPIs, APIs, PI/PO or CPI
* Experience working with S/4HANA TM (preferred).
* Ability to operate with high autonomy in complex and regulated environments.
* Advanced English (written and spoken).
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
