Service Club is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Manager to oversee and manage all tax-related matters across our expanding international footprint, which includes existing operations in the EU and US, a UK entity, and the upcoming establishment of a US entity.


This role will ensure full day-to-day tax compliance for operational activities in all jurisdictions, including transactions with suppliers, trainers, and other outsourced partners. The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the group’s transfer pricing master file, supporting intercompany policies, and contributing to the design and implementation of an optimal global tax and fiscal structure.

We are looking for a professional with strong technical expertise, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across borders with both internal stakeholders and external advisors.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Compliance & Management

* Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all direct and indirect taxes (corporate income tax, VAT/GST, sales tax, withholding taxes, etc.) across the EU, UK, and US operations.
* Oversee tax compliance in daily business activities, including outsourced supplier and trainer payments, ensuring proper tax treatment and documentation.
* Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation across relevant jurisdictions, assessing their impact on the company’s operations and advising management accordingly.
* Manage tax audits and maintain professional relationships with tax authorities in multiple countries.
* Supervise and validate all tax provisions and calculations for statutory and management reporting.


Strategic Tax Planning & Structure

* Lead the preparation and maintenance of the Transfer Pricing Master File and Local Files, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
* Support the definition, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the group’s global tax structure to enhance efficiency, minimize tax risk, and align with the company’s growth strategy.
* Collaborate with the Finance Director and external advisors to design intercompany agreements and pricing policies that reflect commercial realities and meet compliance requirements.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advisory

* Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to integrate tax considerations into business decisions and contractual arrangements.
* Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and legal counsel across jurisdictions.
* Provide training and guidance to relevant internal stakeholders on tax compliance matters, including VAT, sales tax, and cross-border transaction rules.


Qualifications and Experience


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law;
Master’s degree or Tax specialization highly preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years in international tax management, preferably in multinational corporations or Big Four tax advisory.


Knowledge Base:

* In-depth understanding of corporate taxation in the EU and UK;
familiarity with US federal and state tax frameworks is a plus.
* Strong command of transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
* Proven experience managing tax compliance in multi-jurisdictional environments.


Technical Skills:
Experience with ERP systems and tax compliance software;
proficiency in MS Excel.


Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP reporting requirements.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing tax-efficient structures.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and multicultural environment.
