Como Manager serás responsable de administrar las operaciones diarias, liderar y motivar al equipo, mantener altos estándares de servicio y garantizar que nuestros clientes tengan una experiencia inolvidable.
Responsabilidades clave:
Supervisar las operaciones diarias del bar / restaurante, asegurando un servicio fluido y una experiencia excepcional para el cliente.Liderar al equipo, tanto de sala como de cocina.Mantener el control de inventario, pedidos y administrar el presupuesto.Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud y de las políticas de la empresa.Desarrollar e implementar estrategias promocionales para impulsar el negocio y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente.Supervisar los comentarios de los clientes y resolver cualquier problema o queja proactivamente.Mantener y mejorar la imagen de marca y la experiencia general del cliente.

What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic
Bar/Restaurant Manager
to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of one or more of our esteemed premises.
As the Bar/Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating a diverse team, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service while ensuring the efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the bar/restaurant, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.Lead, train, and manage a team of staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing the budget.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive business and increase customer satisfaction.Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.Collaborate with senior management to maintain the venue’s brand image and enhance the overall customer experience.

Experiencia comprobada como Manager de Bar o Restaurante, preferiblemente en un ambiente de alto volumen y energía.Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación con la capacidad de inspirar y gestionar un equipo.Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de planificación.Mentalidad centrada en el cliente con la capacidad de resolver problemas y manejar situaciones desafiantes.Fluidez en español e inglésExperiencia con sistemas de punto de venta y gestión de inventarios.Pasión por la hostelería y por crear una experiencia inolvidable a través de la comida, la bebida y el ambiente de nuestros locales.Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluidos los fines de semana y noches.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-volume, high-energy environment.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.A customer-centric mindset with the ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations.Fluency in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
