Este puesto reporta a Service Manager.
This role is contributing to the Process Automation – Measurement and Analytics division in Spain. Main stakeholders are Service Technicians, Manufacturing Plant and Sales Team.
Work model : hybrid
Location : Spain (Process Automation – Measurement and Analytics division)
You will be mainly accountable for
* Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category
* Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively
* Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers
* Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth
* Project Management tasks, in relation to manufacturing plants and clients

Qualifications for the role
* Technical education required, mostly preferred Degree in Engineering or Chemical background
* You are immersed in Measurement Analytics and Instrumentation
* 3-5 years of experience in related fields
* High level of English and Spanish
* Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and good communication and negotiation skills
* Availability to travel and valid driver’s license
