Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‑to‑end AP processes: supplier master data, invoice validation, booking and payments.
* Collaborate closely with Procurement to ensure accurate supplier information.
* Oversee the AP payment cycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Manage SII reporting and support the 347 Tax Report (temporary).
* Perform MIR6/MR11 analyses, solving deviations and ensuring regular clean‑ups.
* Support intercompany reconciliation and daily bank reconciliation.
* Manage travel expenses and assist with audit processes.
Requirements
* Degree in Finance or Administration.
* Experience in AP, Spanish GAAP & IFRS.
* Solid knowledge of SAP (ERP) and OCR tools.
* Organised, proactive and team‑oriented profile.
* Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
