You are a key enabler and ambassador of the HR business strategy acting as a solution-oriented sparring partner for BMA supporting the leaders in all people-related aspects.
You feel comfortable in the role of the trusted partner who constructively challenges established new ways of working and thinking.
**Be a change driver.**
You are agile in driving organizational change by implementing general initiatives and develop regional plans or needs into clear actions and effective results to ensure operational and organizational excellence at BMA.
You develop the right set of strategic HR initiatives for BMA Operations: developing a strong management strategy, fostering diversity & inclusion, also embedding new ways of working in our culture to ensure a high level of engagement and sense of belong.
**Deliver & Develop HR business.**
You steward all HR processes such as training, development and performance management, succession, and talent pipeline, as well as talent selection in close collaboration with line managers.
You work together BMA HR team and keep the connection with a functional team of HR professionals in the Supply Chain and (e.g., recruiters, HR generalists, payroll specialists, global mobility experts) to ensure a positive employee experience and deliver excellence in execution.
Identify improvement ideas to increase impact, effectiveness or employee experience in the HR processes or structures and take ownership to change them.
**Your Profile**:
University Degree.
3-5 years of experience, preferably in HR. Ideally with bases on Project Management.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Effective on site.
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with excellence in implementation and a strong sense for business needs
High reliability and discipline to deliver, operational excellence as the way of working.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with pragmatism and agility.
Role model and ambassador of Diversity & Inclusion, having the ability to connect and work with different cultures.
People oriented team player with empathy as well as leadership for topics.
International experience is a plus.
Coaching experience is a plus.
