Your role
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding Needs : Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
* Finding Top Talent : Proactively sourcing, selecting, and qualifying the best candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
* Owning the Process : Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to successful onboarding.
* Building Strong Connections : Developing a high-quality professional network and staying ahead of market trends.
* Hitting Targets : Setting ambitious hiring goals and achieving them with the right strategies, tools, and resources.
If you are into sales, you could also be :
* Building Connections : Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, online/on-site meeting, participating to market events…)
* Closing Deals : Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
* Driving Success : Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth.
Your profile
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment (ideally in a Recruitment Agency or Consulting Company)
* Fluent Spanish speaker (Fluent French is a big plus).
* Good command of English
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
* Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
