This role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high service standards to meet present and future demand.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain a monthly production plan, ensuring compliance with manufacturing capacity and service requirements.- Replenish goods to sites/warehouses and manage inventory levels, optimizing distribution costs.- Act as the main contact for assigned customers, managing orders and ensuring timely delivery.- Regularly check and adjust production schedules based on demand variance and urgencies.- Collaborate with procurement planners to address raw material shortages and changes in the plan.- Provide feedback on forecast accuracy and improve demand reliability.**Requirements**:- Strong communication and interaction skills.- Analytical thinking with strong mathematical and logical capabilities.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to set priorities independently.- Basic supply chain skills, with knowledge of planning methodologies (MRP logic and pull system).- Proficiency in IT tools (Oracle R12, Power BI, CAIR, Excel, Focus).- Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
