Role Overview
Co-pilot and Partner with Zone Business VP and local Business Leader: To deliver and optimize long- and short-term Business Performance by supporting strategy and advising on decision making to reach targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Business Acumen: Maintain high-level understanding of systems, market trends, competition, and challenges.
* Partnership: Forge strong relationships with System business leaders, providing support and constructive challenges to ensure effective performance actions.
* Strategic Planning: Contribute to defining the strategic roadmap (AMSP) and challenge commercial and marketing strategies to foster profitable growth, ensuring consistency across countries.
* Business Advisory: Identify and drive action plans aligned with the Business plan, support key decision areas, and ensure compliance and ethics.
* Transformation Support: Support new business models, transformation initiatives, M&A, and resource allocation.
* Profitability Management: Monitor and drive commercial profitability, understand environmental changes, root causes of performance issues, and assess risks and opportunities.
* Channel Development: Support cross-business channel development, customer acquisition, and saturation strategies.
* Business Development: Oversee channel coverage, mix management, GTM strategies, cross-selling, and performance metrics.
* Financial Performance: Contribute to risk assessments, P&L management, and efficiency initiatives, including closing risk assessments and accruals.
* Performance Monitoring: Manage performance and P&L to meet targets; provide inputs for forecasts, plans, and reviews.
* Pricing Strategy: Optimize pricing power and align commercial policies with growth strategies.
* Finance Transformation: Support the Business Finance Transformation and collaborate within the ONE Finance community to standardize, automate, and digitalize processes.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as SPOC for various internal and external stakeholders, including the Zone CFO, business leaders, and auditors.
* Skills & Attributes: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem-solving, risk management, project management, and adaptability.
