Tasks
- Manage reservations efficiently, including booking, confirming, and modifying reservations, and organizing the seating chart to optimize guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, and informing them about daily specials, promotions, or any unique culinary experiences offered by Cascada Marbella.
- Coordinate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure tables are prepared according to reservations and guest preferences, and to manage wait times effectively during high traffic periods.
- Handle phone inquiries, provide information about Cascada Marbella, including operating hours, directions, and services.
- Address guest requests and special occasions with personalized attention, facilitating arrangements for celebrations or dietary needs as requested.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their experience meets Cascada Marbella's high standards for satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service protocols, and language skills enhancement.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor in both English and Spanish (French is a plus)
- Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English and Spanish required.
