WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Trend & Research: You research emerging trends, silhouettes, colors, and consumer behavior and translate them into relevant jersey styles for Women’s collections.
* Design & Concepts: You develop seasonal design concepts and technical sketches that balance creative vision with commercial objectives across Women categories.
* Material Selection: You select jersey fabrics and trims in close collaboration with Buying and Technical Engineering, always considering target price points, performance, and wearability.
* Product Development: You create and maintain detailed tech packs and style documentation and ensure a smooth handover to Buying and Technical teams.
* Fit & Quality: You actively participate in fit sessions and contribute your expertise to achieve optimal fit, construction and material behavior for jersey products in Women’s ranges.
* Performance & Collaboration: You monitor the performance of jersey styles across drops and seasons for Women, identify bestsellers and improvement opportunities and work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Technical teams to meet margin and speed-to-market targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, or a related field.
Your Strengths: You combine a creative mindset with strong analytical thinking, stay agile throughout the product lifecycle, and are comfortable working in a fast‑paced fashion environment. You know how to translate trends into designs that are visually compelling and commercially viable.
Your Profile: You bring 4–6 years of experience in jersey design with responsibility for Women’s collections, supported by a strong portfolio. You have a solid understanding of jersey fabrics, garment construction, and fabric behavior, as well as a strong understanding of the jersey consumer and current market. You communicate your design intent clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. You work confidently with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems; knowledge of 3D design tools is a plus. You are fluent in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus.
