**YOUR TASKS**
Our Finance Department is responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, internal control and accounting, as well as collaboration in the preparation of financial reporting packages to management and the board of directors and compliance with internal finance and accounting policies, audit requirements (both external and internal), and legal and tax regulations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Controller with the following responsibilities:
- Accounting and compliance with corporate finance and accounting policies, reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate
- Collaboration in the preparation of month-end or quarterly reporting packages to the corporation and to the Board of Directors. Strict compliance with corporate reporting calendars
- Financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances. Propose corrective actions as well as implementation of action plans
- Assure compliance with corporate policies, external and internal audits, J-Sox requirements, etc.
- Assure compliance with tax and legal regulations in collaboration with corporate teams and local external consultants
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French and/or Portuguese languages would also be valued
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working in finance, accounting or audit areas
- Profund experience with SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office
- Capacity to extract, process and analyze data, summarize, and extract conclusions
- Good organization and discipline as well as time management due to the high degree of requirements and the strict corporate calendars and timelines
