Business Developer (m/f)
Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Southern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
* Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities
* Actively prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, visits, networking and events
* Organize trade routes and generate qualified meetings
* Conduct product demonstrations and defend Kinvent's value proposition
* Manage the full business cycle to close
* Maintain a structured activity, with good use of CRM, regular reporting and KPI monitoring
* Be fluent in using digital tools, business software and internal processes
* Working with structured methods and collaborative tools such as Notion
* Share market feedback and collaborate with internal teams
* Represent the brand at congresses, fairs and events
Your profile
You have a successful background in B2B field sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
* Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferred
* Professional level of English & Spanish required
* Hunter profile with the ability to open up the market
* Experience in prospecting and development of new accounts
* Convenience with technical products, software or value-added solutions
* Very good organization, autonomy and orientation to results
* High affinity with technology and ease of working with digital tools
* Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and changing environment
* Practical, flexible mindset and start-up spirit
* Willingness to travel across Southern Spain
Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
