Role Overview:
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry across a designated region within EMEA. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored software solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and use of our products. The adecuado candidate will drive customer satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
This role is designed for a hospitality professional with strong hotel operations experience who is ready to move into a commercial, active sales role. You will work independently to develop new business and strategic relationships with hotel groups, acting as a trusted advisor to senior hotel leadership while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Be involved in the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects, together with associated activities for getting potential customer's attention
- Provide HRS with thorough research & analysis of the local business competition for gaining competitive edge.
- Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.
- Acquisition of new customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations
