Location: Lanzarote, Canary Islands (Spain)
Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 + variable

We are currently leading the search for a General Manager for a marina and shipyard project focused on the superyacht segment.
This is a highly strategic role, with a strong focus on business development, international relationships, and market positioning, rather than purely operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development within the superyacht sector
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Superyacht captains
- Yacht management companies
- Brokers and key industry stakeholders
- Actively attract large yachts to the marina and shipyard
- Position the marina as a competitive destination within the international market
- Represent the company in key industry environments (events, networking, etc.)
- Ensure coordination with operational teams to deliver high-quality service
Profile Requirements
We are looking for professionals with solid experience in the superyacht ecosystem, ideally coming from:
- Superyacht captains
- Shipyard / refit / maintenance companies
- Marina management (with strong presence of large yachts)
Key Skills
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to generate business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in international environments
- Strategic thinking combined with execution capability
- High level of autonomy and proactivity
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Spanish is a plus
- Other languages are a plus
