As Marketing Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for Spain and Portugal in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Sr Marketing Manager of Iberia. You will be based in the Madrid office.
Responsibilities
Translate and execute regional marketing plans to local expectation; drive brand awareness, doctor sign up and growth within OPEX budget
Strategy planning as part of the Annual Operational Plan
Local Congress + exhibitions
Implementation of media planning including digital
OPEX budget management
Campaign management
Partnering with sales team for quarterly tactics
Proactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product and global strategy development
Focus on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunities
Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan
Support KOL network (speakers, top customers, mentors, institutions) and relationship maintenance to enhance plan execution
Development of country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans
Drive and own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan
Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan
Cross-functional coordination with Sales and Finance teams to support business growth
Work cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members to develop ideas and gain support from all stakeholders
Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand and brand strategy, including development of training collateral
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business management related field
Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a plus
4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing with a focus on Brand & Performance based Marketing and/or Product Management
Industry background in the medical device field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand (preferred)
Strategic thinker and data driven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, results oriented and with sense of urgency
Proactive mindset and able to work with autonomy
Passionate, positive, and energetic and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups
Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills
40% of travel required
