Position purpose:

The purpose of the Regional DEI Manager is to drive our DEI work within region and, in so doing, to ensure all employees, regardless of role and location are part of this exciting journey to deliver an outstanding employee experience
Your mission:
1. Translate our global DEI strategy into actionable outcomes for the local region to ensure DEI alignment
2. Gain engagement and buy in from regional leadership teams to ensure they sponsor local initiatives and endorse the approach being taken as well as monitor the results of ongoing activity and their impact
3. Act as DEI Centre of Expertise for region - provide direction, guidance and insights to in-region queries and requests for support and advice
4. Work collaboratively with the regional DEI council and communications teams to create innovative and engaging ways to bring the DEI strategy to life
5. Manager relationship with regional DEI partners (e.g., external networks, regional DEI councils, disability network) to bring in new ideas, best practice and build our external presence across DEI in the region
6. Follow up on delivery of regional & functional DEI targets, agree actions, owners and timelines
7. Lead regional activity on DEI benchmarking, accreditation and awards
8. Prepare and manage regional DEI budget
Your skills & knowledge
9. University degree or equivalent and a strong passion for DEI related topics & projects
10. Experience of delivery of DEI initiatives cross-functions/ across countries & regions
11. Contemporary skills and understanding of latest trends and developments in DEI
12. Demonstrated success in building relationships with all levels of management and staff within a global organisation
13. Ability to drive and deliver change in a matrix environment with different priorities
14. Attention to detail and solid understanding of business metrics paired with clear and transparent communication
15. Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes while dealing with ambiguity
16. Ability to work with data, translate data into insights to drive action
