Your tasks
* Lead the AR team to manage administrative and accounting processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
* Resolve issues related to Credit Management and income reconciliation across different countries.
* Prepare and analyze reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate and follow up on AR processes involved in migrations.
* Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
* Ensure team members are properly trained.
* Act as liaison between operational needs and management requirements.
* Review KPIs daily and weekly.
* Manage the team's daily needs, including vacations and medical leaves.
What we need from you
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
* Experience in team management is a plus.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Leadership skills, with the ability to monitor productivity and guide your team.
* Proficiency in Office and SAP.
* Excellent English skills.
