Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment and process closing. Act as thebr/br/main point of contact for clientsbr/br/, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process. Evaluate candidates inbr/br/English and Spanishbr/br/, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles. Identify and attractbr/br/active and passive candidatesbr/br/through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and proactive talent sourcing. Build and maintain strongbr/br/talent pipelinesbr/br/for key roles. Ensure successful delivery of recruitment projects and achievement of definedbr/br/KPIsbr/br/.br/br/Requirements University degree. 5+ years of experience in recruitmentbr/br/, within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Real Estate sectors. Strongbr/br/business acumenbr/br/and ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into talent strategies. High level ofbr/br/English and Spanishbr/br/(a third language is a plus). Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.
