Your main mission will be to support the Quality Management Manager in the proper implementation of quality systems, guaranteeing compliance with food safety standards. If you are passionate about driving continuous improvement and protecting the integrity of a leading brand, this is your place. brWhat you'll achieve brYou will manage quality assurance processes, provide crucial support during audits, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. brSystems, Standards Certifications: You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring a systematic approach and compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO 9001, IFS, and other applicable standards. You will also assist the HACCP team and provide support for product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, Organic, SAE). brWorkflows Corrective Actions: You will use QMS software to automate workflows, manage documents, and track nonconformities from recurring production incidents and customer complaints. You will actively verify processes and corrective actions to resolve quality and safety issues, supporting the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). brAudits Service Providers: You will conduct internal process and hygiene audits, as well as routine inspections, and provide support during regulatory audits by national authorities. Additionally, you will collaborate in the coordination of contracts with service providers and ensure their compliance with audits. brRisk Cost Management: You will assist in risk assessments (TACCP, VACCP) to identify vulnerabilities, support crisis management and resolve food safety incidents. Also, you will aid in the management and control of departmental quality-related costs. brFloor Operations Quality Culture: You will collaborate directly with production teams to ensure quality and food safety standards are met on the shop floor. Together with HR and Production, you will foster a strong food safety culture across the entire organization. brContinuous Improvement: You will lead or support continuous improvement projectds aimed at at optimizing product quality, processes, hygiene, food safety culture, reducing waste, and improving production efficiency. Who you are brWe are looking for a proactive, autonomous professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. brThe Essentials (Must Have): brEducation and Experience: University Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar, with a solid background in Quality and Food Safety, including risk identification and management in production/supply processes, and experience in regulatory audit support. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in food manufacturing is required. brTechnical Knowledge: Practical knowledge and proven experience with GFSI standards (e.g., IFS). brLanguage Skills: Minimum B2 level of English and Fluency or Native in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. brTech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. brAvailability: Availability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. brKey Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are a great team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change. The Plus (Nice to Have): brCertifications: Previous knowledge of or support experience with product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC/ASC, SAE, Organic) is highly valued. brAdvanced Systems: Experience with document management systems (QMS, Docal) and proficiency in Power BI development are desirable. Previous knowledge of SAP S4/HANA QM is a strong plus.
