The Regional Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to the EMEA region. In this role you will work closely with the global performance marketing team, local & global sales, and local stakeholders to execute targeted campaigns, optimize digital channels, and drive high-value engagement with key accounts.This role is focused on the EMEA region, and applicants must be fluent in English as well as one of the following :
German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Germany fluency is preferred. This employee can reside in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Norway, or Poland. Residence in Germany or Austria is preferred.Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Understand global marketing / GTM strategy and adapt to fit the norms of the EMEA region. Execute across ABM, Social, Email, and Content campaigns.Develop multi-channel B2B campaigns across disciplines. Optimize digital spend for lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and account engagement.Track campaign performance and develop insight into what is working and what isn’t. Make changes as necessary to optimize programs.Create and optimize regional landing pages in a way that resonates with target groups.Work closely with local sales teams to ensure marketing and sales efforts are in concert.Provide regular reporting and insights to regional leadership and the global digital marketing team.Key Qualifications :
3–5+ years in B2B digital marketingExpertise in running digital marketing campaigns such as paid media, social, email, content, and abm campaigns.Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM platforms (6sense).Data-driven and strategic mindset, experienced in aligning marketing with salesFluent in English as well as one of the following :
German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Germany fluency is preferred.Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related fieldWe Offer :
