Mission We are looking for a NetSuite Technical Administrator to take ownership of system administration, daily support, and technical project contributions. This role will manage incidents, maintain system integrity, and collaborate with the Functional Lead to support new country implementations, new features, and integrations. The Technical Administrator will report to the Head of IT. Job Functions Manage NetSuite configuration, user roles, permissions, and system setup Provide daily support and resolve issues through the ticketing system Maintain workflows, system security, and operational continuity Support global implementations in new subsidiaries, ensuring proper setup and compliance with company standards Manage and support integrations with other corporate tools (CRM, expense management, consolidation platforms) Develop and maintain SuiteScript, workflows, and system customizations Collaborate with the Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end solutions Provide user guides, training, and knowledge sharing to ensure adoption and continuity Ensure backup coverage for seamless operations during absences Skills Requirements 3–5 years of NetSuite technical/admin experience Strong knowledge of system configuration, permissions, workflows, and security Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support Familiarity with integrations and basic SuiteScript scripting Experience in multi-subsidiary or international environments NetSuite certification is a plus Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver Strong ownership of systems and user experience Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Cultural Fit Beyond experience, we look for people who truly connect with the way we work We are kind and direct, communicating clearly, honestly, and respectfully.
