Profile
* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in tourism, sports, or events industries.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Strategic sales and business development approach.
* Exceptional client service orientation.
* Outgoing, social, proactive, and industry-curious.
* Active in professional networks like LinkedIn and Instagram.
* International experience and mindset.
* Degree in Business (Marketing), Tourism, or Sports Management.
Languages
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Additional major languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
* Develop key accounts and new markets.
* Assist in formulating and executing strategic plans with the company director.
* Provide strategic support to leadership.
* Support event production team during shows.
