This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow professionally within the insurance sector. /ppbr/ppYou will work closely with senior underwriters and internal teams, assisting in the full lifecycle of issuance, document analysis, and client/broker support. /ppbr/ppbRole responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliAssist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing documentation required for risk evaluation and issuance. /liliManage requests for issuance, renewal, and cancellation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. /liliReview questionnaire and wordings, coordinating with legal or technical teams when necessary. /liliPerform administrative tasks such as data entry, certificate issuance, invoicing, and digital archiving. /liliSupport the preparation of portfolio monitoring reports and internal reporting. /liliHandle basic inquiries from brokers and clients, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team members. /liliCollaborate with the underwriting team to improve processes and tools. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey requirements /b /ppbr/pulliTechnical or university education in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields. /liliExperience in administrative or support roles within insurance companies, brokerages, or financial institutions, will be considered a plus. /liliBasic knowledge of Financial Lines insurance products. /liliStrong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) and ability to learn internal systems quickly. /liliGood communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and proactive attitude. /liliAdvanced level of English. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout DUAL /b /ppbr/ppEstablished in 1998, Dual is a leading global MGA with more than 1,500 employees and total premium revenues of USD 3.5 billion.
