Shape how we attract and hire talent at Omada
As Recruitment Manager, you will own and manage our structured, efficient, and compliant end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure we hire the right talent at the right time while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Your key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria
- Facilitate structured screening, interviews, feedback processes, and offer preparation
- Ensure a fast, smooth, and professional candidate experience
- Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and talent availability
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and unbiased recruitment practices
- Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data and trends
- Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Evaluate and implement AI-supported recruitment tools where relevant
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with GDPR and internal information security policies
Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant academic education within Human Resources or a related field
- Solid experience with end-to-end recruitment in an international software or SaaS environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles within recruitment
- Knowledge of AI applications in recruitment, including ethical and compliance considerations
- Certified in one or more assessment tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
- Structured, independent, and business-oriented mindset
