Planning, control and supervision of the works carried out both internally and by contractors appointed for these works. This includes periodic regulatory maintenance and applicable legal regulations.- Resolution of technical incidents. To coordinate the maintenance and continuous improvement tasks of every department of the site related to Facilities. To ensure fulfilment with safety standards and procedures related to the work systems and tasks to be monitored.- Technical support during investigations related to product quality or related to processes and people safety. Occasional technical support in production processes.- Support the execution of Facilities and Utilities projects. To be part of the project team. To ensure compliance with applicable laws and J&J’s Quality, Environment, Safety and Health policies.- Follow-up of the expenditure control of the department assigned to Facilities and Utilities. Optimization of internal and external costs. Management of permanent contractors for auxiliary services (canteen, cleaning, security).- To lead the staff development under his/her charge. To establish a training plan according to the needs of each technician. Training in company procedures for the technical department. Be an example of good practices.- To promote and lead the Safety Culture in the site as being the Facilities and Utilities responsible. To promote the environmental care in the site. Monitor the consumption of electricity, gas, water, and to lead improvement teams related to the environment (e.g., Green Team) to reduce these consumptions.- IOSS responsible for contractors’ management, consumption and waste management.**Qualifications**- Education: Bachelor or master’s in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Automation.- Required experience: 3-5 years in a similar position.- Required skills:- Experience required in the operation of computerized maintenance management systems.- Ability to lead teams. Achieve team motivation.- High capacity for analysis and problem solving.- Ability to work in a multinational environment. Languages are required.- Ability to communicate with different organization levels.- Experience required in the Business Activities Coordination (BAC) and in the management of contractors including the legal requirements in terms of BAC as well as in the management and coordination of special risk activities for the performance of work permits.- Experience required in the management of natural resources consumptions and in water treatment and purification systems.- Desirable or preferable skills:- Industrial equipment and machinery knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors.- Qualification in Workplace Risk Prevention training.- Innovative person oriented towards continuous improvement, organized and methodical.**Primary Location**Spain-Community of Madrid-Madrid- **Organization**McNeil Iberica SL (form.
