Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing delegated paralegal work and providing administrative assistance to the Regional Assistant General Counsel of South Luzon, the employee conducts legal research, drafts documents, prepares reports, and manages records. They assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, gather data for property assessments, and maintain communication with local government units. Additionally, they help prepare and monitor the division’s budget, ensuring compliance with guidelines and managing administrative supplies. Finally, they ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the organization through compliance checks and self-audits.
Requirements:
- Legal Management Graduate or 4-year business course graduate.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or with Bachelor of Laws units is an advantage.
- Work experiences: With at least 2 year-experience in legal department or law office.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Excel, power point etc.)
- Infographics orientation is preferred.
- People skills; planning, organization and solving skills.
- Positive attitude and Detail-Oriented
