WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Ensure production within Aernnova’s area of responsibility at the customer’s facilities, meeting deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction through effective team management, control of financial performance, and support for new proposals and business development.
* Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals.
* Manage negotiations and communication with the customer.
* Lead, organize, and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including production, engineering, and quality.
* Implement quality control measures and procedures.
* Plan and oversee project activities.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
* Monitor and supervise material procurement and warehouse operations.
* Identify and track potential risks.
* Define and monitor annual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Prepare analytical income statements.
* Control costs and identify opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
* Contribute to the Management Committee.
* Provide internal and external reports.
REQUIREMENTS
* Technical Aeronautical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering..
* 2+ year of work experience in the functions detailed.
* Ability to travel.
* Fluency in English.
* Capacity for management, motivation, and teamwork.
* Leadership. Assertiveness, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Analysis and synthesis capacity, prioritization, and decision-making.
* Order and systematics. Results-oriented
