Your Role
As a Commercial IT Business Partner, you will be part of the Growth IT department, working closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Digital and Salesforce Architecture teams.
Your mission will be to connect commercial business needs with scalable technology solutions, ensuring the evolution, adoption and continuous improvement of sales tools, CRM platforms and commercial digital capabilities.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, Salesforce architecture and external partners. The role requires a strong business and commercial orientation, combined with solid technical background and previous experience in software development, CRM or digital solution delivery.
What you will do
Act as IT Business Partner for Sales, Commercial Excellence stakeholders.
Understand commercial processes and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Drive the evolution of sales tools and commercial digital solutions.
Support the adoption of commercial tools by sales teams and business users.
Work closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure solution alignment with the overall Salesforce architecture.
Collaborate with Global Commercial ITBP on the B2B customer journey, CRM roadmap and commercial portfolio priorities.
Lead development teams, ensure CI/CD and development quality.
Lead discovery, requirement analysis, solution definition and functional design activities while managing the backlog of commercial digital products.
Ensure integration, data, security and scalability considerations are properly addressed in solution design.
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity through automation, AI, analytics and digital tools.
Ensure alignment with agile ways of working, product governance and IT delivery standards.
What we are looking for
IT professional with at least 7 years of experience working with digital departments in an international environment.
Strong understanding of sales and commercial processes.
High communication skills and influence capacity.
Experience working with agile methodologies and digital products.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Core platform, ideally Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Consumer Goods Cloud.
Previous background as developer, technical consultant, CRM consultant, Salesforce consultant or similar technical role.
Ability to understand solution design and challenge technical proposals without necessarily being the final architect.
Used to work with AI solutions in the day to day and passionate about AI, innovation and up-to-date with the latest trends and advances.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
