of Food Sales Spain
We are looking for a Head of Sales Food Service in Spain, reporting to the Country Manager Iberia and Head of Sales Food Iberia. Lead a mission-oriented organization, secure a best-in-class work environment, responsible to coordinate the Food Service Sales Department in Spain as well as create the strategy, development and implementation of commercial activities.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Managing all sales and commercial activities within specified area of Food in Spain;
* Designing the mid/long term strategic plans, translating Electrolux Professional strategy into an implementation model that is delivered within the territory;
* Determining market share growth targets at levels that are sustainable and in line with group commercial strategy;
* Delivering ongoing profitable growth through commercial innovation and maximising market share;
* Responsible for the management and delivery of the commercial P&L;
* Create value by optimizing sales performance and ensuring ongoing profitable sales growth in volume and value;
* Evaluating and minimising commercial risks;
* Continuously analysing market trends and developments that will maximise the impact of delivering the commercial strategy;
* Ensure correct pricing management and ‘terms & conditions’;
* Maintain and develop a strong network of existing and new customers/partners;
* Support profitable development of key accounts;
* Manage, coach and develop direct reports (Area Managers & BDM);
* Management of a cross functional team whilst working in partnership with other functions in a matrix organisation;
* Customer relationship management, bringing the customer into the company;
* Creating a sustainable environment to encourage talent development that delivers on the commercial strategy needs;
* Implement and drive digitalization
Qualifications

* Strategic Leadership: Ability to define and drive long-term business goals, align teams around a shared vision, and adapt strategies to market dynamics.
* Operational Leadership: Strong execution skills with a focus on efficiency, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
* People Leadership: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams in multicultural environments.
* Are fluent in Spanish and English.
* Have a degree in Business Administration (BSc or MSc preferred).
* Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the industry.
* Solid understanding of the B2B Food Professional market is a strong advantage.
* Deep knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM systems, with Salesforce.com as a plus.
* Comfortable working in international environments.
* Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools.
