You will align business and technology teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and decision-making through IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud. This strategic role influences how we manage critical assets and support cross-regional operations. You will drive modernization of maintenance processes and integrations, delivering meaningful business impact.

* Drive IFS EAM optimization and strategy across Work Order Management, Asset Registry and Preventive Maintenance
* Contribute to the IFS roadmap with priority setting, solution design and long-term improvements;
ensure governance
* Enhance maintenance planning, scheduling and resource management;
improve mobile maintenance solutions
* Strengthen integration between maintenance, inventory, finance and project costing for better control and reporting
* Lead integrations with external systems using IFS Connect and APIs;
work with technical teams to improve performance and scalability

provide dashboards and analytics for decision-making

Responsabilidades
* Significant professional experience in Enterprise Asset Management
* At least 7 years hands-on with IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud
* Proven leadership experience leading teams, projects, or implementations
* Experience delivering end-to-end IFS EAM implementations and optimization initiatives
* Background in asset-intensive industries (logistics, manufacturing, energy, maritime, or similar)
* IFS certification is a strong advantage
