Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Key Account Managerto join our onsite team. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with existing merchants, acting as their primary point of contact, and ensuring they receive outstanding service and strategic support. The ideal candidate has a background inpayments, fintech, or merchant services, strong communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of active merchant accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals. Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, onboarding, technical, operations) to resolve client requests efficiently. Monitor transaction performance, trends, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Assist clients with product updates, new features, and process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records of all client interactions. Requirements Proven experience inKey Account Management, Client Success, or Merchant Relationship Management, preferably withinpayments, PSP, acquiring, or fintech. Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional client-facing approach. Fluent inEnglish(additional languages are a strong advantage). Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working full-time onsite in Marbella.
