The Project!
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our dynamic and dedicated International Customer Service team, within our Operations department, servicing our International customers worldwide. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of Arica and ME accounts.
What will the role entail?
* Manage order entry and ensure accurate order follow-up.
* Oversee order book management and support the full order-to-cash process.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective responses.
* Support sales agents with day-to-day queries and requests.
* Manage international customer complaints and returns, ensuring high service standards.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide temporary support to the Credit Control team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree in Business or similar with knowledge of International Trade. International trade technician (Comex).
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Experience with SAP is a plus.
