WildCard is scaling casual, ad-monetized, retentive mobile games. We're profitable, growing, and entering our next phase of expansion: scale our unique approach and structure that makes us hyper-effective.
We don't just make games. We systematize success. Our model is designed to produce highly engaging, repeatable, and scalable casual card and board games. We focus on fast execution, data-driven decisions, and efficiency.
The Role
You'll be our first dedicated product analyst, responsible for building the diagnostic capability that lets us understand why things work, not just whether they work.
We are fully remote and are hiring Worldwide.
This role supports the entire organization:
* LiveOps: Diagnose engagement gaps, identify optimization opportunities, and measure feature impact with precision
* New Games: Read signals accurately, build frameworks for evaluating new title performance against benchmarks
* Rapid Validation: Enable faster kill/continue decisions with clear data on whether prototypes can hit UA/monetization thresholds
You'll report to the Director of Game Development and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Publishing.
What You'll Do
* Build and own player behavior analytics: session flows, engagement funnels, feature adoption, monetization patterns
* Diagnose why features test LTV positive or negative, not just report the outcome
* Create frameworks for soft launch evaluation and new game benchmarking
* Partner with Publishing to investigate performance anomalies and fraud signals
* Establish the analytics infrastructure and dashboards the team needs to self-serve on routine questions
* Translate data into actionable recommendations for Product and LiveOps teams
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in product analytics, preferably in mobile gaming or another high-velocity consumer product environment
* Experience at a hypercasual or casual mobile studio (Voodoo, Homa, Rollic, SayGames, etc.)
* Strong SQL skills; experience with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, GameAnalytics, or similar)
* Familiarity with mobile game metrics: LTV, ROAS, retention curves, ad monetization (especially rewarded video)
* Experience building analytical frameworks from scratch, not just running existing reports
* Ability to move fast and prioritize ruthlessly - we're a small team and you'll need to focus on highest-leverage questions
* Clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into decisions
Nice to Have
* Python/R for deeper analysis
* Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical rigor around experiment interpretation
* (Nice to Have) WildCard is an English speaking company, but professional Russian language skills are nice to have due to the engineering team's native languages.
Compensation
Competitive salary + options based on experience.
