IGTP needs to incorporate a clinical trial coordinator in the clinical research unit to carry out tasks in medical oncology clinical trials.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordination of medical oncology clinical trials:
Implementation and application of coordinated procedures between the different clinical services involved in the inclusion, treatment, and follow-up of patient participation.
* Support to researchers and implementation of electronic tools.
* Registration of transactions in the systems of the sponsors (IWRS). Registration of tests and patient information in clinical and research applications.
* Completion of CRFs. Resolving queries.
* Reporting SAE.
* Communication with Sponsors and CROs.
* Preparation and attention to monitoring visits, audits, inspections, and internal/external information meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Training in clinical trials and clinical research at Masters level or equivalent.
* At least six months of experience as a study coordinator.
* Proficiency in English and computer skills, ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Valued Qualifications:
Previous experience in clinical trials of medical oncology, specifically breast and head & neck tumors.
