As a key member of our Sales Team for the Portuguese and Spanish markets, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and recruiting new sellers in Spain and Portugal.
* You will establish collaborations with pharmacies, parapharmacies, and brands through phone and video calls, negotiating target catalogues for inclusion on our platform.
* Onboarding and training new sellers to the platform will be your responsibility, providing initial guidance on sales, catalogue management, and strategies to optimise their performance within our seller network. You will also conduct follow-ups with existing sellers and offer additional services, such as Next Day delivery solutions.
* Your task will be to oversee order fulfilment and shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
* You will provide comprehensive support by offering precise information on products, orders, shipping, and returns.
* Addressing and resolving seller complaints and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction will be an essential part of your role.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Seller Success, Catalogue, Marketing, and Warehousing teams, to resolve challenges related to order delays, incidents, or returns.
* Analyse and monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial role within e-commerce, marketplaces, or fast-growing companies. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly valued.
* Strong commercial and communication skills, with the ability to attract sellers and negotiate optimal agreements.
* Excellent organisational and management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and identify areas for improvement.
* An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
* Adaptability to change, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment.
* Proven problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently and effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
* Intermediate level in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* C1 level in Spanish and Portuguese (Portugal).
* English: medium level for professional communication is desirable.
