In this role you enable and optimizes the TikTok Shop Partner ecosystem by collaborating with local agencies to align on policies, campaigns, and operations. You will support agency onboarding, performance tracking, and enablement, driving efficiency and GMV growth through data-driven insights. You work cross-functionally with merchant and creator operations, product, and marketing to execute campaigns and incentives. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping partner capabilities and ecosystem outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Main contact for a portfolio of TSP agencies ensuring alignment on platform policies, campaigns, and priorities
• Support agency registration, monitor performance metrics, and identify operational improvements to drive GMV growth
• Provide operational guidance and training on TikTok Shop tools, campaigns, and best practices
• Organize onboarding and knowledge sharing to improve agency team workflows
• Analyze operational data, build dashboards, and support decision-making across the agency ecosystem
• Collaborate with internal teams (merchant operations, creator operations, product, marketing) to execute xpzdshu campaigns and incentive programs
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Economics, or related fields
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills with external partners
• Comfortable with data and basic data analysis
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
