With over 20 years in the upper real estate market and six offices across Marbella, we are one of the most recognised luxury property companies in the region, backed by a global brand with reach across every key international buyer market.
We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in the Marbella luxury segment, proven leadership experience, and the drive to take a high-performing team further.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of experienced sales advisors
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends
- Coach and support sales advisors to elevate performance and client approach
- Manage and grow a premium property portfolio and ensure outstanding client relationships
- Track KPIs, manage budgets and report results and strategies
- Maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism across the team
Profile
- Proven experience in the Marbella luxury real estate market
- Strong background in the upper segment, with a clear understanding of this clientele and their expectations
- Previous team leadership and management experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with budgets, forecasting and performance data
- Results-oriented with the ability to inspire and hold a team accountable
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage
- Highly professional in conduct and presentation
