Topcret, a pioneer in sustainable decorative coatings, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Barcelona. This is a strategic role, designed for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals in an international B2B environment.
Role responsibilities
* Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
* New clients prospecting : focus on acquiring clients across various markets, including the USA, Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
* Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term relationships.
* Coordinate training sessions for new partners and serve as their go-to contact post-onboarding.
* Act as the face of Topcret with distributors, developers, and high-end contractors.
* Business Intelligence : analysis of commercial KPIs.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on relationship-building.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design and innovation.
* Ability to operate over multiple time zones.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Excellent relationship management abilities.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages beneficial).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
