Ben & Jerry’s is recruiting a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing ice cream team in Spain and support the Ben & Jerry’s team.
Responsibilities
* Lead the SP market brand strategy and development of marketing programs in collaboration with the Country Business Leader, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives and the social mission.
* Lead and implement communication plans across multiple channels (Digital, TV, OOH, PR), acting as the digital pioneer in the TMICC Spain business and working with our global digital team to advance digital learning and execution.
* Implement e-commerce and delivery strategy for Ben & Jerry’s Spain.
* Co‑create assets and adapt them locally.
* Manage relationships with local agencies.
* Monitor brand performance per channel, identify opportunities and provide recommendations. Nielsen and Kantar data analysis is highly desirable.
* Utilize systems, processes and reporting methods for project management of new launches and volume forecasting.
* Manage and control effective budget forecasting.
* Collaborate closely with Trade teams across channels to develop the brand’s plan, identify opportunities for existing and new products, distribution, and provide recommendations on promotion plan and shopper activation to deliver a triple win for Ben & Jerry’s, fans and customers.
* Exhibit commitment to the company’s social mission and Marketing’s vital values.
