Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with hospitality clients.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
* Support clients with their account needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members to address any client issues or concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
* No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills are preferred.
Working Hours:
* Schedule:
o Monday to Thursday: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
o Friday: 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
