This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for : a VP of Global Service Providers to spearhead our international business development strategy and drive transformational growth through strategic partnerships with leading service providers Globally.

Responsibilities :
You will define and lead the business development strategy across all of GSP International
You will be integral to the success of our overall enterprise strategy through service provider relationships
Your primary role will be to establish, develop and grow RingCentral’s strategic partner relationship with major Service Providers across the international arena
Provide high-level input on contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnerships models
Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans
Establish and execute a formalized relationship mapping strategy
Collaborate effectively and drive the agenda with multiple internal organizations, including Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem to achieve partner objectives
Develop executive relationships with Service Providers and sponsor executive relationships between RingCentral
Coordinate quarterly and / or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint execution
Report on key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and market intelligence to the executive team
Collaborate with Service Providers to co-create innovative propositions and solutions
Your success will be measured based on your ability to achieve sales targets while driving world class customer and partner success
Attend key events and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader
Desired Qualifications :
12-15 years experience with both channel sales, channel management and direct selling in Enterprise and leading a geographic Region in Europe, Africa, Middle East or Asia
Demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships
Executive presence to lead and manage
Strong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organisational models
5-7 years of SaaS based sales experience
Proven ability to develop a plan and achieve results in a complex cross-functional environment
Demonstrated analytical, organisational and project management skills
Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partners
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex matrixed organisation
Ability to develop and drive execution of joint solutions
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
