Senior Project Manager – Shipbuilding / Naval ProjectsAsegúrese de que toda la información de su solicitud está actualizada y en orden antes de inscribirse en esta ocasión.AtAresa Shipyard, we continue to grow and are looking to hire aSenior Project Managerto lead naval projects, coordinating engineering, production, purchasing, quality, subcontractors and the client, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards and contractual scope.Main ResponsibilitiesLead shipbuilding projects from planning through to final delivery.Coordinate the Technical Office, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and subcontractors.Monitor project schedules, contractual milestones, critical paths, costs and assigned resources.Follow up on workshop progress and anticipate technical, production or logistics bottlenecks.Coordinate inspections, FAT/SAT, commissioning, sea trials and final acceptance processes.Act as the main point of contact for the client, inspectors, classification societies and key suppliers.Manage scope changes, non-conformities, corrective actions and contractual documentation.Prepare internal progress reports, including risks and pending decisions.Required ProfileDegree inNaval Architecture / Marine Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in the naval, defence, offshore, composite or metal sectors.Experience working in a shipyard/production environment and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.Strong technical judgement to interpret drawings, specifications, structures, onboard systems and installations.High level of professional English.
