Headquartered in Molins de Rei (Barcelona), the company also has subsidiaries in the USA, Mexico, China, and India. /p p We are looking to incorporate into our Sales Department an b Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Germany. /b /p p Reporting to the Head of the Commercial Department, the ASM will be responsible for business development and market prospecting in Germany, supported by the headquarters. /p pb Main Responsibilities: /b /pulli Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies that drive sales growth through market opportunity identification, customer segmentation, and action planning to achieve targets. /lili Visit and meet with key agents and potential customers in the assigned market, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and major accounts in the area. /lili Support international distributors. /lili Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base. /lili Act as a liaison between the market and headquarters for any technical customer requirements. /lili Conduct market research, participate in sales strategies, and gather customer feedback. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Languages: Native German or C2 level (a test will be conducted). /lili Strong command of spoken and written English. /lili Other languages will be valued. /lili Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. /lili Experience in the electronics or industrial tools sector will be valued. /lili Residence in Germany. /lili Strong communication skills. /lili Dynamic, proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to learn and adapt. /li /ul pb What we offer: /b /pulli Permanent position with a six-month probationary period. /lili Competitive salary according to the candidate’s skills and experience. /lili Immediate start available. /li /ul p For more information visit /p
