Overview
Research Assistant I/II (Molecular Biology) in the School of Biomedical Sciences, The University of Hong Kong. (Ref.:533069) position to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.
Responsibilities
* The appointee will conduct research projects in cancer biology and perform CRISPR genome engineering experiments under the supervision of Prof. David Shih.
Qualifications
* B.Sc. degree in a biological, biomedical, or related field, with experience in molecular and cell biology.
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Proficient in tissue culture and molecular cloning.
About the post
One year appointment, with the possibility of renewal. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
